Cookie policy

1. About cookies

Cookies are small text files. These text files contain data that are stored on the visitor's computer. From time to time the website requests data from the cookies that the visitor stores on their computer. Websites use cookies to for example store settings about how the website should be displayed for the visitor. Another common use of cookies is to partly collect information about visitors' behaviors.

The visitor consents to which cookies can be placed on their computer through the cookie banner shown when loading the website. If you have any questions about this cookie policy, please contact us. To reject consent you must open the cookie settings and de-activate the cookie categories that you want to remove, and click save.

2. Use of cookies

We use cookies to improve the user experience on the website, such as keeping track of your preferences or data when filling out a form. We use two types of cookies. One is a lasting cookie that saves a file for a longer period of time on your computer. It is for example used for functionality that tells you what is new since your last visit. The other type of cookie is called a session cookie and is only valid during the time of your current visit to, for example, keep track of if you are logged in.

We use the following third-party cookies:

Cookies from Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics with the purpose of getting a deeper understanding of how our visitors interact with our website. The collected information is saved in USA on Googles servers. Google Analytics does not collect any personal information that can be connected to you as a person. Google uses cookies to evaluate how you use our website, create reports about your activity and to offer similar services that you might be interested in.

Google Analytics places both permanent and temporary session cookies. Google does not connect your IP-address with information that is collected or data that is previously collected.

For more information, see Google Analytics Cookie Usage on Websites

Cookies from HubSpot

We use HubSpot cookies for several reasons, for example, to keep track of the websites and pages you visit, in order to determine what portion of the website is the most popular or most used. This data is used to deliver customized content and promotions within the website to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

Cookies are not the only way to recognize or track visitors to a website. We employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs), that helps us better manage the Website and Subscription Service by informing us what content is effective. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages or in emails and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We use clear gifs or pixels in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. We tie the information gathered by clear gifs in emails to our customers’ Personal Information.

Cookies from 6sense

We use 6sense cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and other technologies to automatically collect information. These technologies are essentially small data files placed on your computer, and other devices, that allow us to record information whenever you visit or interact with our sites, services, applications, messaging, and tools, and to recognize you across devices.

Cookies are small text files placed in visitors’ computer browsers to store their preferences. Most browsers allow you to block and delete cookies. If you choose to delete cookies, our sites may not work properly.

A pixel tag (also known as a web beacon) is a piece of code embedded on the site that collects information about how you engage with a web page. The pixel allows us to record, for example, which web pages you’ve visited or advertisements you’ve clicked on. These pixel tags work with cookies to let us know what portions of our sites interest you, help us provide you with tailored information from our site, and help us enhance and develop our products and services.

For more information, see the 6sense Privacy Policy

3. Visitors' consent

Our position is that we collect your consent before we retrieve or store cookies. This goes for all types of cookies. Although, we do not collect your consent when cookies are used for the basic necessary functionality of the website that is needed for it to work properly.

You have the option to turn off cookies in your browser's privacy settings.

We do not collect personal information through the use of cookies. If we start using other types of cookies that collect information about you, we will not share this information with third parties. You will also be informed about the use of new cookies and be presented with the option to consent to the storage of cookies before they are saved on your computer.
